The delivery price is calculated per main product, as each bouquet, for example, has to be packed individually for transport. Small gifts can be sent together with the bouquet in the same box. Larger gifts from the gift sets category require separate dispatch. For example, funeral wreaths must all be packaged and dispatched individually. 

The shipping companies we use are Planzer and Swiss Post, as both have the densest delivery network in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and deliver reliably and punctually five working days a week. Both have proven themselves through strong partnerships with many companies that offer their goods over the Internet. This makes them the right choice for us too. 

What's more, all parcels are sent to you or your favourite person in a climate-neutral way by offsetting emissions. 

Our flowers are freshly hand-tied by our own team of florists and delivered reliably five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday. So reliable that you can usually even spontaneously place an order by 5pm for the next working day. Unfortunately, delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays, but our shipping costs are amazingly low at just CHF 9.90 per consignment! 

Important note: Our delivery may be extended by a reasonable amount of time, for example by one working day, in the event of delivery problems. The shipping company commissioned by us will visit the delivery address once between 7:00 and 19:00 on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to limit the delivery time. 

Our partners deliver within the booked time slot and make one delivery attempt. If nobody is at home, the delivery person will try to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address. If this is also not possible, Swiss Post will leave a collection slip and the parcel can be collected from the nearest branch. Planzer tries to contact the customer by telephone. 

You can rest assured that your floral delights will arrive fresh to you or your favourite person. We will pack your bouquet securely and send it on its way well cared for. 

Unfortunately, there can always be small delays in shipping, even if our partners deliver 98% on time the next day. There are many different delivery obstacles on rail and road that can cause a delay, such as accidents, traffic jams, weather conditions, etc., so the delivery may be reasonably extended by one day.
