  • Browse our website and choose the bouquet you would like to give to friends, family or colleagues
  • In the menu bar you will find our bouquets sorted by theme to help you with your selection or click directly on our ‘Shop‘
  • Once you have placed your floral greeting in the shopping cart, the greeting cards will be displayed automatically 

  • Once you have placed the bouquet you want in the shopping cart, the different greeting cards will appear automatically.
  • Click on the desired greeting card and write your personal greeting. 

  • We offer you a variety of different small gifts that you can optionally add to your floral greeting. These are automatically displayed to you during the booking process or you can find even more gifts to choose from in the Shop

  • After you have placed all the desired products in the shopping cart, go straight to the checkout.
  • So that you can now complete your order, please log in.
  • After login you can enter delivery address, delivery time & Select delivery date
  • After you have checked out and logged in, you can enter a separate delivery address, determine the delivery period and select the delivery day from a calendar.
  • You can order up to 30 days in advance and up to 5pm every day for delivery the next morning.
  • In the next step, select your payment method.
  • We offer you several payment methods to choose from
  • Credit card, PayPal, Postfinance, Twint, and on account
  • Our ambitious Fleurists will carefully arrange the bouquet you have ordered in our studio. In this way we ensure that our flower creations are delivered exactly as shown in the picture in our shop.
  • Your bouquets will be handed over to your loved ones by Swiss Post messengers throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We deliver your bouquet to private customers, companies, hotels, hospitals, retirement homes and to the Alm.
  • The day before delivery, you will receive an email from us with your personal tracking link. On the day of delivery, simply click on this link and you will immediately see when your bouquet of flowers has been delivered.
